Wayne Gantt
Owner, Funeral Director
A native of Greenwood, Wayne is the son of the late Paul and Macy Mabry Gantt, who were also Greenwood natives. He is a graduate of Greenwood High School and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He and his wife of forty-four years, Judy West Gantt, reside in Forest Hills. They have two sons, Larry and Steve who also serve in the family business.
Wayne became affiliated with Blyth Funeral Home in 1962 while still in high school. After returning from college he resumed his employment with the funeral home and in 1971 became co-owner of the firm. He became sole owner of the funeral home in 1986 and continues to serve as president.
Wayne and Judy are members of Greenwood First Baptist Church.

Steve Gantt

Steve is a native of Greenwood and a graduate of Greenwood High School, the University of South Carolina and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is married to Stacey W. Gantt, who is employed with Lander University. They have one son, Brooks.
A member of Greenwood First Baptist Church, he is also a member of Greenwood Sertoma Club and is Past Chairman of the South Carolina Funeral Director's Association, Piedmont Group.

Clif is a native of Whitmire and is married to Brandi Steen Thomas, a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant employed with Self Regional Medical Center in the Women's Center. They have three boys, Jackson, Tyler and Cooper.
A 1996 graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service, Clif is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and a former manager of several Atlanta area funeral homes. He is a licensed preneed counselor and serves as manager of Blyth Crematory. In 2009 he earned the designation of Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (CFSP), the highest professional designation in the funeral industry. He is a Deputy Coroner for Greenwood County and has been a part of the Blyth family since 2005.
A mason and shriner, he is a member of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and CYP where he is a former at large board member. A 2009 graduate of Leadership Greenwood, he is also a member of Greenwood Rotary Club.
He and his family are members of North Side Baptist Church.

Susan Barker

Susan Herlong "Susie" Barker is a native of Greenwood and is married to Larry Barker who is employed with Lander University as an Energy Manager. They have a son, Brandon Barker and a daughter, Sonya Davis and husband, Dennis of Piedmont. They also have two grandchildren, Parker Sexton and Kylie Davis.
Susie is a 1977 graduate of Greenwood High School and a 1979 graduate of Piedmont Technical College, earning her Associate Degree in Public Service. She is a licensed funeral director, a Certified Pre-need Counselor and licensed pre-need insurance agent. Susie has been employed with Blyth Funeral Home since 1999.
A member of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, she is also a volunteer with the Guardian ad Litem Program in Greenwood. Susie and her family are members of St. Mark United Methodist Church.

A native of Greenwood, Earl is married to Lisa Stackhouse Carroll. They have a daughter, Lauren Ashley Carroll.
A graduate of Greenwood High School, Earl attended The University of South Carolina, Lander University and Piedmont Technical College. He has been on the staff of Blyth Funeral Home since 1990.
An active member of South Main Street Baptist Church and the chancel choir of the church, he is a member of Greenwood Lions Club, where he has served as president. He is a member of Eureka Masonic Lodge#47, Greenwood Masonic Lodge #91, the Hejaz Shriners, the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, and has in the past been a member of Gideons International. He also serves as secretary of the Travelers Protection Association (TPA).

A Greenwood native, Bryan is a graduate of Greenwood High School and Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, where he was President of the Honorary Mortuary Fraternity and was voted by the students to receive the Daniel E. Buchanan Award which is given to the student who is most active and represents the best qualities needed to be in the funeral service industry.
He is active in the Thursday Night Men's Bowling League, Church Softball League and the YMCA Volleyball League. Extremely active in His Kid's Ministries, he travels to local churches presenting Christian plays. He is a member of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce.
He is a member of Durst Avenue Church of God and also attends New Market Baptist Church.
